FANTASTY RETURNS 10.01.2010!

I suppose I should explain why the hiatus and why I just stopped the comic without a word… But I don’t have one. Well, not a very good one… Or rather not one I could easily explain.

All I can say is that I had a lot going on at the time, and Fantasty was not a high priority in my life… and I don’t know… I apologize to anyone I let down. Basically, I’m just really, really, really lame.

I also had no direction or clue as to what I was doing. I’m a lousy writer and I made Fantasty to help me with that, but it wasn’t helping because I was just making things up on the fly like I usually do. (Longest sentence ever.) But now, I have a plan (sort of), and I (mostly) know what’s going to happen… Well, enough of this, I want to let you know that I really want, or rather need to give this comic another go.

So, if you care or not, I’m bringin’ this sucka back!

(And it will be back on it’s Monday & Friday updating schedule.)

Trip to the Aquarium

Last week, I went to the The Dallas World Aquarium with a couple of my drawing buddies. We brought our sketchbooks and drew the animals. I just used a brushpen for my sketches, and here’s what I came up with…

Yeah, I hardly drew any fish. Those suckers move around too much and too fast. But, man, I just love going there anyway.
